The Homes
History
The Seldin legacy began in the late 1940s. Millard Seldin (the late father to the current owner, Scott Seldin), and his father, Ben I. Seldin, built their first spec house in East Council Bluffs, Iowa. Millard was the founding member of his Omaha-based real estate business and was active in Florida real estate acquisitions and development since the late 1960s. The Seldin family hasmaintained land holdings in the Ocala and Silver Springs areas for more than four decades.
