The Seldin legacy began in the late 1940s. Millard Seldin, who just celebrated his 91st birthday in August 2017, and his father, Ben I. Seldin, built their first spec house in East Council Bluffs, Iowa. Millard is the founding member of his Omaha-based real estate business. He has been active in Florida real estate acquisitions and long term landowner since the late 1960’s and has maintained land holdings in Ocala and Silver Springs for more than four decades.
In 1990, Millard Seldin co-founded Southwest Value Partners (SVP) in Scottsdale, AZ., a private real estate investment firm. Since 2000, Millard’s son Scott, who had worked closely with him for years before, has managed Seldin Real Estate, Inc., the operating company for the family office of Kent Circle Partners, based in Scottsdale, AZ. Scott oversees day to day operations for Kent Circle Partners | Seldin Real Estate, Inc.
